When Claude Petit established his steel parts manufacturing
company in 1980, he was no stranger to the business. He already
had 18 years of experience! When he started his company, he
was manufacturing 12 500 parts per week in a makeshift workshop. Today, almost
25 years later, Quéfer employs 50 people and manufactures more
than 4 000 different parts – brackets, hinges, connection plates,
table legs, and more. Most of these products are produced for the
furniture industry. Quéfer is also actively involved in several
initiatives in the furniture industry bringing added value to products.
Based on customer-submitted designs, Quéfer carries out
all metal processing operations and can even deliver a turnkey product.
