Production management :

CNC Cutting :
We have CNC laser cutting and CNC saws. These modern facilities allow tolerances that meet the highest standards. Moreover, our laser combined with our 5-axis bending, increases our productivity by sharing information between them.
CNC Bending :
With our modern CNC bending machines, we can execute a flawless work of great precision.
Stamping :
Our presses from 20 to 150 tons, including some with CNC feeding systems, can produce a large quantities of parts with high throughput while maintaining consistency in the quality of the final product. We support the maintenance of your dies, to ensure the quality of parts produced.
Welding :
Whether TIG, MIG, spot welding or stud (stud welding), our welds are always executed with great precision by our welders, certified by the CWB.
Powder coating :
Our painting department is specializes in powder coating; a process which ensures product strength and durability that meets the highest industry standards. Epoxy, hybrid, polyester, polyurethane and metalized are the different types of paint used in our plant.
